Company Only Showcase Dress Rehearsal
Saturday, February 15th 12:00-3:00
at PDA Studio
General Information:
- Please arrive on time or early, we will want to have all dancers in the room to start at 12pm
- All Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop Company dances, also all Mini/Jr/Sr Repertory Company group dances, and All Company registered Solo/Duet/Trio dancers will need to be at the full rehearsal 12-3:00.
- This is a full dress rehearsal so dancers should arrive with makeup already done and any supplies needed for hair. We will be working with the costumes during this rehearsal, so dancers should wear their nude leotard and be sure to have any tights, shoes or undergarments needed for costuming. Makeup, hair, and costume information below.
- We will be checking out costumes for all the company dancers on this day, so expect your dancer to be coming home with their costumes for the season!
Mini Rep Dancers
During this 3 hour rehearsal Mini Rep. Company dancers will check in at 12:00, and then from 12:30-1:30 they will be working with Mr. Devin. After that they will join the other companies for rehearsal.
Closed Rehearsal
- Please Note: This is a closed rehearsal. Dancers only please to best support our work during this first dress rehearsal, which has the sole purpose of catching mistakes and problems.
- We will be making adjustments to choreography, costuming, and other details in the coming weeks based on this rehearsal. Please help us support our dancers and staff, no fears or judgments needed!

Hair Requirements
- Mini/Jr/Sr Repertory
- Arrival hair should be pulled back into a low ponytail with supplies for a bun in their dance bag. If hair is too short for a low ponytail just pull it back as best you can to be out of the dancer’s face. Brush, Hairspray, Bobby Pins, Hairnet are bun supplies.
- Dancers in Hip Hop Company only, and no other companies
- Arrival hair should be pulled back into a low ponytail with supplies for a bun in their dance bag. If hair is too short for a low ponytail just pull it back as best you can to be out of the dancer’s face.
- Dancers in Ballet Company only, and no other companies

Costume Requirements
- Dancers should wear their nude leotard and be sure to have any tights, shoes or undergarments needed for costuming.
- Solo/Duet/Trio Company Dancers who have costumes should bring them to wear.
- We will be checking out costumes for all the company dancers on this day, so expect your dancer to be coming home with their costumes for the season!
- A checklist of shoes and undergarments needed for each dance will be sent to you shortly. If you do not have something on the list please do not worry, we will still have time before Showcase in March, we just need to make note of where everyone is at.
Upcoming All Studio Showcase Rehearsal
Please be reminded that our all studio Showcase dress rehearsal is scheduled for February 22nd 2:00-5:00 and is required for all of our company dancers.
