Monday

7:30pm Beginning/Intermediate Ballet with Marla

Whether you’re a beginner or have previous dance experience, this class is designed to help you improve your technique, flexibility, and posture. We will guide you through a series of exercises and movements, focusing on proper alignment, balance, and control. You’ll learn ballet fundamentals such as pliés, tendus, and pirouettes, while also exploring center choreography. All set to beautiful classical music.

Join us in this welcoming and supportive environment to discover the joy and artistry of ballet. It’s never too late to start or continue your ballet journey!

 

Tuesday

9:30am Intermediate Adult Jazz with Lisa

This intermediate classic jazz class is designed for adults who have a love for dance and a desire to explore the artistry and technique of jazz. We will guide you through a series of warm-up exercises, stretching, and across-the-floor combinations that focus on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination.  \

Every 4 weeks we will begin a new combination!  You don’t need to wait till we start a new combination to join, but here is our schedule:
4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30
5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5,28

 

Thursday

7:00pm Beginning/Intermediate Tap with Chelsea (starting May 23rd)

Whether you are a beginner or have some prior experience, this class offers the opportunity to enjoy your rhythm and learn a variety of tap steps. Through engaging with music and connecting with a community of like-minded individuals, you will experience the joy of expressing yourself through this dynamic and energetic dance form.

Join us and let’s enjoy the magic of tap dancing!

 

Friday

7:30pm Beginning/Intermediate Hip Hop with Kaelyn

The adult hip hop class is a high-energy and dynamic dance experience designed for adults at any skill level.

This class blends elements of hip hop, street dance, and urban choreography to create a fun and engaging workout. With a focus on rhythm, coordination, and self-expression, this class provides a great opportunity to learn new dance moves, improve fitness levels, and unleash your inner groove.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a beginner looking to explore the world of hip hop, this class offers a supportive and inclusive environment for all adults to enjoy and groove.

 

Saturday 

8:30am Beginning/Intermediate Yoga with Karen

Start your Saturdays off on the right foot with our invigorating Saturday Morning Adult Yoga classes! We invite you to join us for a refreshing and revitalizing yoga experience that will set a positive tone for your entire weekend.

Our experienced and dedicated yoga instructor will guide you through a dynamic yoga session suitable for practitioners of all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting on your journey, our class is designed to provide a balanced blend of flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
