The following winter camps are offered for ages 3 years to 18 years.

WINTER OFFERINGS

For Ages 3-4

BALLET CAMP
This class is open to all children ages 3-4 as of the September 30th, 2023. These camps will focus on ballet skills as well as fun, themed based, crafts and games! Limited class size, is based on first come, first serve. Ballet attire required, additional clothing items, based on theme of the day, are also welcome. Camps run Wednesday & Thursday, full session only.

DATES: December 27th & 28th

TIME: 10:00-12:00pm

COST: $50

Dress Code:

  • Girls dress code: Students can wear any color leotard, white anklet socks or pink ballet tights, and pink ballet shoes. (All items sold at studio). Hair should be pulled up off of the face and neck in a ponytail or bun. Depending on the theme of the day, students can add fun and silly clothing items to their ballet attire and hair
  • Boys dress code: Any colored T-shirt, White socks, black athletic pants or jazz pants or sweatpants, and ballet shoes.

For Age 5-6

These camps are for ages 5-6yrs old, as of the first day of camp.

BALLET/TAP CAMP
This class is open to all children ages 5-6 as of September 30th, 2023. These camps will focus on ballet and tap skills as well as fun, themed based, crafts and games! Limited class size is based on first come, first serve. Ballet attire required, additional clothing items, based on theme of the day, are also welcome. Camps run Wednesday & Thursday, full session only.

*If student does not own tap shoes they can purchase from the studio or wear sneakers with white soles.

These camps are for ages 7-8yrs old, as of the first day of camp.

BALLET CAMP
This class is open to all children ages 7-8 as of September 30th, 2023.  This camp will focus on expanding your knowledge of the history of ballet as well as learning movement from famous ballets. Limited class size is based on first come, first serve. Camps run Wednesday & Thursday, full session only.

Dress Code:

  • Please wear pink tights, any color leotard and ballet or pointe shoes (depending on class). Ballet skirts encouraged. Hair should be pulled up off of the face and neck in a bun.
  • Boys dress code: Any colored T-shirt, White socks, black athletic pants or jazz pants or sweatpants, and black ballet shoes. 
HIP HOP CAMP
This camp is for ages 7-8yrs old, as of September 30th, 2023. This camp will focus on learning street movement with freestyle elements. Please wear comfortable dance or athletic wear and sneakers. Limited class size is based on first come, first serve. Camps run Wednesday & Thursday, full session only.

For Ages 9 and up

WINTER INTENSIVE
Our Winter Intensive will focus on a variety of classes from guest teachers who are currently working professionally in the industry. Open to all current PDA students who are ages 9 and up, see levels and details below.

DATES: December 27th & 28th

TIME: 10:00-3:00pm

COST: $150

LEVELS:

  • Beginning/Intermediate Intensive: Open to all students ages 9 and up who are in AIT Company, all jazz levels, all contemporary levels, all ballet only levels, pointe 1, all tap levels, all acro levels, and ballet/tap 2.5 & fundamentals or have been invited.
  • Advanced Intensive: Open to students in AIM Company, contemporary 3 & 4, pointe 2 & 3, acro bio, or by teacher permission.

DRESS CODE:

  • Please bring a variety of dance or athletic wear. When the schedule is released, you can plan accordingly based on style.
  • Please also bring all dance shoes that you own: ballet shoes, jazz shoes, sneakers, socks, or bare feet.
  • Hair should be pulled up off of the face and neck in some way.
