Princess / Storybook Camps

Fairy Tale Princess Dance Camp

Calling all little royals! Step into a magical world of movement, imagination, and storybook adventure at our Fairy Tale Princess Dance Camp! Each day, campers will journey through a new fairy tale with a featured princess. From interactive storytimes and scavenger hunts to whimsical obstacle courses, parachute games, and crafts to take home, every moment is filled with royal fun!

On Friday, parents are invited to join us for a Frozen Tea Party Celebration where dancers will perform to “Let It Go!”, enjoy cupcakes and cookies, and meet a real-life princess!

Perfect for ages 3-5. No dance experience necessary—just bring your imagination and your best princess twirl!

Storybook Ballet Camp

Pirouette into a week of grace, imagination, and storytelling through the magic of ballet! At our Storybook Ballet Camp, young dancers will explore a beloved ballet each day through interactive storytime, scavenger hunts, obstacle courses, parachute games, and a daily ballerina craft to take home.

The week concludes with a Sugar Plum Tea Party, where families are invited to watch a special performance of the Sugar Plum Fairy Variation. Dancers will enjoy cupcakes and cookies and meet a real-life ballerina in this unforgettable grand finale!

Perfect for ages 5–7, this enchanting ballet camp invites every child to dance, dream, and tell their own story through movement.

Ballet Intensives

Join us for an inspiring ballet intensive designed for dancers of all levels looking to elevate their skills and artistry! This immersive program offers rigorous training focusing on technique, flexibility, strength, and performance quality. The ballet intensive not only enhances technical abilities but also cultivates a deep appreciation for the art form, encouraging creativity and self-expression. Whether aspiring to pursue a professional career or simply seeking to refine your passion for dance, this intensive is a opportunity to challenge yourself and connect with a community of dedicated dancers.

Ballet Intensive Ages 9-11

Times: Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00-12:30

This exciting Ballet Intensive it the perfect opportunity for dancers to deepen their skills and knowledge in ballet. The intensive will run for two weeks on Monday and Wednesday mornings, featuring a one-hour ballet class followed by a short break and special sessions on ballet history and learning variations. Please note that this intensive has a fixed fee and is separate from summer tuition hours.

Additionally, we are pleased to offer a discount for students who enroll in both the Ballet Intensive and the Musical Theater Intensive. To take advantage of this special rate, please register for the combined intensive.

Week of Dance

Week of Dance is a 5 day intensive that allows dancers the opportunity to train with world renowned dancers/choreographers/teachers. Our staff fly in from across the country to work with dancers in a an intimate class setting providing them exposure to new was of dancing and training that transforms their education.

July 28th – August 1st
Monday- Friday

Beginning Intensive (ages 8-11)
-5 days of classes and workshops
-2:00pm – 7:00pm each day

Intermediate/Advanced Intensive (ages 12 – 18)

Why Intensives are so Important

1. A Jumpstart to the Year: Dance intensives provide students with an opportunity to develop their skills and technique which jumpstarts their drive and confidence entering into their next year of classes. The focused and immersive environment allows them to make progress quickly and experience big leaps in their abilities.

2. Personal Growth: Dance intensives are physically and mentally challenging, pushing dancers to their limits. Through this they develop resilience, determination, and discipline, which are valuable life skills. But most importantly, the confidence to know that they have the ability to raise to a level which may otherwise seem overwhelming.

2. Exposure to New Styles: At Week of Dance we bring together dancers from different backgrounds and styles. This exposure to new techniques, music, and cultures broaden our young dancer’s perspectives and inspire them to try new things. Sometimes they even discover new places where they excel that they may have not otherwise been exposed to!

4. Career and College Connections: Dance intensives provide a valuable opportunity for dancers to meet professionals in the industry. This can and has lead to opportunities for performances, auditions, scholarships and mentorship beyond their time at their studio.
