In Studio Dress Rehearsal Information

Saturday, February 22nd 2:00-5:00

Rehearsal General Information:
  • We will start at 2:00pm so please arrive 15 mins early to allow your dancer time to set down their things
  • This is a full dress rehearsal meaning dancers should wear their costumes for every dance performing in the show and full hair/makeup
Rehearsal Details:
  • Studios will be used as dressing rooms, and assignments will be posted on the studio doors of each room
  • The rehearsal will run the entire show with a 10 minute break for dancers to change into pointe shoes, there is not another break scheduled
  • Our schedule may be very tight – there may not be time for bathroom breaks so please us the bathroom before the rehearsal starts
  • If the rehearsal is running long, we may not have time to run all the soloists at this rehearsal time. If we do not get to a solo, and a soloist would like to stay after 5pm to run their solo, that is possible.
Hair & Makeup
Costumes:
  • All Dancers -we recommend bringing nude leotards and undergarments, particularly for modesty while changing costumes
  • Company Costumes
    If you are in one of the Competition Companies, you will bring all your costumes and necessary accessories
  • Classes Renting Costumes
    Costumes will be provided at the studio. Please bring necessary shoes, tights, and undergarments

  • Classes Bringing Costumes
    These classes are not renting costumes and should bring their outfit from home as directed by their teacher

    Ms. Sammy Pointe 4/5 Tuesday 7:00-8:00 (possibility of rental, undecided at this time)
Closed Rehearsal:

Please note that this is a closed rehearsal. Dancers only, please, to best support our work during this first program dress rehearsal, which aims to catch mistakes and issues. We will make adjustments to choreography, costuming, and other details based on this rehearsal.
