General Information:

Show Dates:

There are 4 shows *:

Show 1: Friday, June 13th @ 7pm
Show 2: Saturday, June 14th @ 2pm
Show 3: Saturday, June 14th @ 7pm
Show 4: Sunday, June 15th @ 2pm

* Not every class performs in every show.  A chart will be sent to you with what shows your class is performing in.

 

Other Dates:

November 20th $70 deposit/costume billed
February 2oth $50 balance/costume billed, $35 media fee/family**, $40 rental costumes*(if applicable) billed
March 29th character auditions for students 5th grade +
May 17th & 18th Professional Recital Photos (optional)

 


 

Specifics:

Recital Fees

Dancers that perform in the recital buy costumes that are made-to-order based on each of our student’s individual measurements!

Exceptions:
*Ballet/tap combo classes buy one ballet costume and rent one tap costume ($40 rental fee) to be worn alongside their required dancewear
*Teen Pointe and Pointe 1 will perform pointe debuts and will have a rental costume
Acro, Leaps & Turns, Strength and Flexibility, Pre Pointe Prep, Ballet Bio, Company Groups and Adult Classes do not perform in the recital and do not buy costumes

**Our $35 media fee allows us to provide a digital copy of a professional video for each of our families, more information below

Recital Photo Days

May 17th and 18th
Recital Photos are taken by a professional photographer, Moments in Time.  While they are not required they make wonderful keepsakes.  A photo day schedule will be emailed to families as this gets closer.

Show Tickets

Show tickets will be for sale online here for $25/seat

 

Flowers & Concessions

Flowers and Concessions are available at the theater for purchase.

 

Costumes

Dancers that perform in the recital buy costumes that are made-to-order based on each of our student’s individual measurements! We will have a “look book” available at the front desk with all the information on the dancewear required for each dance (leotards, tights, shoes)

Exceptions:
*Ballet/tap combo classes buy one ballet costume and rent one tap costume ($40 rental fee) to be worn alongside their required dancewear
*Teen Pointe and Pointe 1 will perform pointe debuts and will have a rental costume
Acro, Leaps & Turns, Strength and Flexibility, Pre Pointe Prep, Ballet Bio, Company Groups, and Adult Classes do not perform in the recital and do not buy costumes.

Show Video

The recital will be professionally filmed by Mobile Pro.  Each family is provided unlimited access to the digital copy of the show videos for download and sharing.  The videos will be emailed to families at the end of July.

Show participation includes a $35 media fee which will be billed with costume balances February 20th.  This fee is not optional.

Character Information

March 29th
If you are a student in 5th grade + you can audition for a character role in our shows!  More information forthcoming.
