Start your Saturdays off on the right foot with our invigorating Saturday Morning Adult Yoga classes! We invite you to join us for a refreshing and revitalizing yoga experience that will set a positive tone for your entire weekend.

Our experienced and dedicated yoga instructor will guide you through a dynamic yoga session suitable for practitioners of all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting on your journey, our class is designed to provide a balanced blend of flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

Get a punch card for 8 classes at the discounted rate of $140, which means you’re saving $20 compared to paying per class. This option is ideal for those looking to build a consistent yoga routine and experience the holistic benefits of regular practice.

With your punch card, you’ll have the freedom to join our Saturday Morning Yoga classes whenever it suits you. Plus, the card is valid for the entire year (until July of next year), so you won’t have to worry about rushing to use all your classes within a short timeframe.

To reserve your spot and purchase a punch card, simply stop by the front desk during office hours. If just dropping in, pay upon arrival.

Parker Dance is pleased to continue collaborating with Contour by Joanna to bring our parents adult Barre Fitness classes!

Classes are a mix of barre fitness, light weight training, balance work, and stretching. Each class will include a segment where you will need to push a little harder, but you will never be doing high impact movements or intense cardiovascular work. Using training parameters like Tabata, AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), EMOM (every minute on the minute) to drive intensity. Expect to work your entire body with a certain “focus” each class.
