Monday
10:00-11:00am Zumba w/ Callie
Join us for an energizing Zumba class designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! This fun and dynamic workout blends high-energy music with dance moves inspired by various styles, including salsa, merengue, and hip-hop. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, our Zumba class offers a welcoming atmosphere where you can let loose, burn calories, and boost your mood. Come ready to sweat and have a blast!

6:30-7:30pm Ballet w/ Marla - NO CLASS 7/29 & 8/4
Whether you’re a beginner or have previous dance experience, this class is designed to help you improve your technique, flexibility, and musicality. We will guide you through a series of exercises and movements at the barre, focusing on proper alignment, balance, and control. You’ll learn ballet fundamentals such as pliés, tendus, and pirouettes, while also exploring center choreography.
Join us in this welcoming and supportive environment to discover the joy and artistry of ballet. It’s never too late to start or continue your ballet journey!!

Start your Saturdays off on the right foot with our invigorating Saturday Morning Adult Yoga classes! We invite you to join us for a refreshing and revitalizing yoga experience that will set a positive tone for your entire weekend.
Our experienced and dedicated yoga instructor will guide you through a dynamic yoga session suitable for practitioners of all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting on your journey, our class is designed to provide a balanced blend of flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

Once you have an account and add a card on file, you can purchase a 10 class punch card or $15 drop in class! If you’d like to do the unlimited monthly option, just let our front desk know, and they can get you enrolled. Or email us at frontdesk@parkerdance.com
Unlimited Monthly Classes:
Level Up– For adults with children enrolled in 9+ class hours per week – $25 per month
Momentum– For adults with children enrolled in less than 9 class hours per week – $50 per month
Ignite– For adults with no children enrolled at PDA – $75 per month

Punch Card:
10 Class Card $100 ($10/class)
